Scallop for bracing

A scallop is a simple but very useful device for a beekeeper. Scallops are used to mount wax sheets on the wire of the hive frame. The comb is carried along the wire and thereby cuts the wire into the wax (at the contact points of the scallop blade with the wire). In this way, only a few seconds are required to frame one frame.
