The flying guard for hives is a convenient device that performs several important functions in the autumn-winter period:

•     Protects the hive from rodents;
•     Provides free entrance and exit for bees;
•     Leaves the possibility of ventilation without full opening of the tap.

What is the precast?

These are two metal plates - a lining and a bolt. The gate valve according to the design and principle of use is like a latch. The outer plate (lining) is designed to tightly press the liner against the wall of the hive. In the bolt, two types of holes are cut out, which differ in diameter and shape. Which of them is used at one time or another, the beekeeper himself decides.

The surface of the metal is powder-coated and reliably protected from the negative effects of weather factors.
