The drilling machine is used to automate the process of drilling holes in the side slats of the hive frames. Drilling machine allows for one procedure to drill 4 holes in the bar. The main advantage of the machine is the speed of work and the high accuracy of all holes. All the holes are drilled exactly on one plane, which makes it possible to set up the honeycomb sheets evenly and get evenly formed honeycombs.

The machine is made of the main components:

• Feeding carriage with ball guides to feed the workpiece to the drilling mechanism;
• Drilling mechanism for 4 heads with collet chucks on bearings;
• Powerful single-phase motor 145W with a 220V household power supply with belt transmission;
• In the complete set: the machine tool, spare belts (2шт), spare drill 1,5мм or 2,5мм, the instruction, packing.

The distance between the holes in the machine under the 230 mm frame is 55 mm, and under the frame 300 mm is equal to 70 mm. Universal is a machine for four holes with a distance of 70mm or five holes with a distance between them x55mm, which allows drilling holes within 230mm making 4 holes and within 300mm making 5 holes for the wire.
