Sending your product

Due to the large assortment and stocks in our warehouses, we are ready to send you the goods on the day of order. Orders received by us after 14 hours are sent the next day. Even if you use a bank payment in the order (the most profitable way of payment) - this does not affect the delivery speed of the order. We send the order immediately without waiting for payment, but in this case the payment must be credited within 24 hours otherwise the order is blocked for receipt at the issuance point.

In beekeeping, goods are often quite large and their delivery can not be carried out to all branches of the carriers' companies and this must be taken into account when ordering honey beetles and other dimensional goods.

For the delivery of goods, you can choose any method convenient for you:

Возврат товара

После получения Вашего заказа в случае если Вам этот товар не подходит Вы всегда можете вернуть его или обменять на протяжении 14 дней. Товарный вид должен при этом сохранятся.

Мы всегда идем пчеловодам на встречу. Даже если спустя длительное время, Вы поняли, что Вам нужен другой товар - обращайтесь, мы всегда рады и открыты для переговоров. Так часто бывает с размерами или количеством (например, заказ товара для 10 рамочного улья, а нужно для 12 рамочного...).
