Secure payment and payment upon receipt

Your guarantees in safe payments. If you wish, we will ship your order without prepayment. You can pay for the goods upon receipt of the carrier or Mail at the branch office. This will give you the opportunity to pick up the goods after you are convinced of the complete completeness of your order and quality.

Warranty for the goods, return and exchange

All products that are subject to warranty service are supplied with the appropriate warranty card. Depending on the type of beekeeping equipment, the warranty is 6, 12 or 24 months. In addition, if by any criteria the product does not suit you, you can return it or exchange it for any other beekeeping goods from our store. The return of goods is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the law on consumer protection, but we always go to meet the buyer and try to resolve any differences of the buyer.
